Innovation uniting clinical decision support and patient partnership

ADDI Medical participated in the Future Healthcare exhibition in Kista, where we presented HOPE – our CE-marked platform for proactive patient monitoring and clinical decision support.

During the lecture ”From hybrid AI to measurable value – clinical decision support and patient partnerships in practice”, we shared experiences from four years of clinical operation at, amongst others, Queen Silvia Children's Hospital, where HOPE today constitutes an integrated hub for planning, follow-up and treatment decisions for children and young people with cystic fibrosis.

HOPE is a data-driven solution in which the patient is an active partner and where hybrid AI enables personalised self-management plans. With patient adherence exceeding 95 % and an estimated net financial benefit of 2.31 SEK per krona invested, the solution demonstrates that improved quality of care and cost-effectiveness go hand in hand.
