We are developing Hope – a micro-electronic health record for health and social care regardless of care provider and care level. Hope is offered for highly specialised care, primary care, municipal care and social services, insurance medicine, occupational health care and home-based care, as well as for clinical trials and research.
Our foundation is in Swedish healthcare, clinical research and national e-health. This experience shapes how we develop Hope together with healthcare professionals, patients and researchers.
With Hope, patients can do everything that can be done at home and take an active role in their own care, guided by their self-care plan. Healthcare professionals receive AI-supported clinical decision support, allowing them to focus their time and expertise on the patients who need them most.
This is care in a new way. And it is why we develop Hope.
We are developing Hope together with those who know healthcare best – the healthcare professionals who meet patients every day. Their experiences, wishes and needs drive the development. Hope tracks the patient's clinical condition and alerts healthcare staff when an action is required. This enables healthcare to operate in a more needs-led way, focus on the patients who need care the most and have the patient as an active partner. To me, that is healthcare in a new way.
Nina Sellberg, PhD
VD, ADDI Medical
New diagnoses, treatment methods, research findings and new knowledge create new opportunities, but also place new demands on how healthcare operates. That is why we are developing Hope together with healthcare professionals, patients and researchers. We can adapt and develop new care processes, self-care plans and research processes based on emerging needs. For me, this is an important part of healthcare in a new way.
Patrik Sjöberg
Deputy CEO, ADDI Medical
Technology is at its best when it makes a difference without getting in the way. With Hope, patients can do more at home and become active partners in their own care, while Hope does what technology does best – follows the care process, brings information together, analyses it and provides healthcare professionals with AI-supported clinical decision support. This gives healthcare professionals more time for the patients who need their expertise most. To me, that is care in a new way.
Björn Strihagen
CTO, ADDI Medical
We know how senior independent reviewers can elevate a piece of work by several levels, through sharp questions, concrete advice and valuable details.
We place the same demands on Hope so that our customers get what they ask for.
Senior technical experts and healthcare organisations globally have challenged us, provided advice and shared their knowledge.
Our endeavour is to make Hope better with a high focus on quality.
Today we have granted patents for Hope's core modules in Europe and the US, including the AI assistant and secure communication.
We focus on dynamic, flexible and adaptable technology
